The admission in an unclassified letter to Congress was protected from dissemination to the American public by State far more robustly than was actually classified information under a certain recent Secretary of State.

Iran’s elite is interested in frustrating and dodging international inspections — not in safeguards to ensure that inspections are fair or accurate.
Congress should read Araghchi’s remarks on Iran’s arrangements with regard to the IAEA side deal as a clear statement of Iran’s intent to deceive the international community while proceeding with development of nuclear weapons.
Given the unprecedented nature of the side deals, it is not surprising that Iran, the IAEA, and the Obama administration want to keep them secret.
Under this agreement, a state-sponsor of terror that currently is sponsoring terrorist groups and destabilizing the Middle East, will gain free access to the international arms market.
